How long does it take for the sealcoat to dry?
Under normal conditions dry time is usually an hour to touch and to drive on 3 to 4 hours depending on the temperature and application conditions.
How long should a sealcoat last?
When properly applied its recommended to sealcoat every 3 years depending on traffic conditions and size of you drive or parking lot. Some clients like to reseal every 1 to 2 years which insures your pavements protection while others tend to wait a little longer. It's always your decision and preference.
